“Family Frames” examines themes of loss and fragmentation through facsimiled, vintage family photographs displayed across San Francisco. These images, set in public spaces, evolve and decay under the influences of weather, artistic interventions, and community interactions. Their gradual decay reflects the inevitable transformations that occur over time. This project highlights the fleeting nature of personal and collective memory, emphasizing how both are entwined while subjecting to the relentless forces of fragmentation, decay, and ultimate dissolution. Family Frames invites viewers to reflect on the inevitable passage of time. Please visit our Instagram page to view the latest updates.
